Cancellation Policy:
Room rates are based on 2 people per room; additional person charge $20; children 12 & under are $5.

GST Tax of 7% and Hotel Tax of 8% is extra.
All room rates include a full breakfast.
We require a one night, NON REFUNDABLE deposit to guarantee your room. After receiving your deposit, we will email your confirmation.
Payment due in full upon check in, all holidays, long weekends & Ironman ; full payment due 2 weeks in advance.
Minimum 2 night stay over Fridays and Saturday night stays Regular Season
3 night minimum over all holidays, long weekends and Ironman during Regular Season.
